How do I make an online hotel room reservation? What documents confirm my booking?

Just enter the dates of Your stay. After that You immediately  get information about available rooms.  Choose category of the room , enter the information  about Yourself and click “Book and Pay”. Then get information about Your reservation by e-mail.

What does Confirmation Number mean and why is it needed?

Confirmation number is the number given in Your reservation confirmation. Using this number, You will be able to get all necessary information about Your reservation, modify or cancel it.

How can I pay for the room online and get the discount?

Select the "Pay and get a guaranteed reservation", fill in the correct data are required. Then click "book and pay." Details of Your order will be sent to Your e-mail. Status «Payment code: Approved» is a confirmation that the reservation is guaranteed. Payment is made by rubles.

I forgot / lost my confirmation number. How do I find it?

To retrieve Your confirmation number, please, contact us by phone +7 (4212) 76-76-76, 454-222 (24 hours) and inform the administrator Your name and dates of stay.

Can I book a hotel online with tomorrow’s arriving?

Yes, You can, if there are available rooms. In this case, payment is made by cash or credit card at check-in time.

Can I book a few rooms in the same request?

Yes, You can. However, if there is no sufficient number of rooms, the administrator will contact You and offer an alternative.

Do I need a credit card to make a hotel reservatin?

No, Khabarovsk City Boutique hotel doesn’t require a credit card for online hotel reservations. Hotel bill should be paid in a day You arrive in the hotel by credit card. But You can pay online at the web-site and get 5% discount. Cancellation requirements will be displayed during the online confirmation process.

Can I pay for my accommodation on arrival?

Yes, You can. There are two ways of payment: cash or credit cards: American Express, Visa, Visa electron, Master Card, Master Card electronic, JCB, Diners Club, Maestro.

Can I pay for my accommodation with Travellers Cheques?

Unfortunately, Khabarovsk City Boutique hotel doesn’t accept Travellers Cheques. We apologize for the inconvenience.

How do I modify or cancel my reservetion?

If You would like to cancel or modify Your reservation, please contact us by phone +7 (4212) 76-76-76, 454-222 (24 hours) or e-mail: info@boutique-hotel.ru and inform the administrator Your confirmation number, first and last name and dates of stay.

Please, note, there is a cancellation policy in the Khabarovsk City Boutique hotel:

- Room reservation is finished at 9 p.m. (local time) of arrival date.
- Reservation cancellation is to be made no later than 24 hours prior to arrival for individual tourists. Period of cancellation is underlined in the contract for group request (more than 10 persons)
- If a Guest is one day late or does not arrive and does not cancel the reservation in time (less than 24 hours prior to arrival), a daily room rate will be charged.

How can I cancel paid reservation and refund of money?

If Your reservation is already paid and You cancel it in accordance with the individual hotel's cancellation policy, we will refund You the total cost. Please, fill out an application for a refund, specifying the amount and the way of refund.

What is your cancellation policy?

According with “Rules of booking rooms in Khabarovsk City Boutique hotel”, if a Guest is one day late or does not arrive and does not cancel the reservation in time (less than 24 hours prior to arrival), a daily room rate will be charged.

Reservation cancellation is to be made no later than 24 hours prior to arrival for individual tourists. Period of cancellation is underlined in the contract for group request (more than 10 persons).

Can I receive a reservation confirmation before payment?

Yes, You can. After receiving and processing Your request, a reservation confirmation will be sent at Your contact e-mail. It contains confirmation number, date and time of arrival/departure, price per 1 night and the full price. Hotel stamp, signature, first and last name of the administrator responsible for reservation are in the confirmation too.

How can I pay for my room reservation?

You can pay by cash or credit card at check-in time. In case of cashless payment through the bank, You should send us a reservation request with information about Your full name, accommodation details and the bank account information. We will invoice and send it by fax or e-mail. In this case, 100 % payment must be made no later than 1 day prior to arrival.

What is your deposit policy?

Booking is free. There are no deposit or prepayment for the reservation. Cashless payment is the exception. In this case, hotel bill should be paid in advance.

However, if You would like to make a prepayment for the reservation You can pay by cash or credit card. In this case You should have a reservation confirmation from the hotel.

Does the hotel have an extra fee?

Yes, it does. There are additional charges for extra services and confirmed early check-in:
- Before 8.30 a.m. - 100% of the one night room rate;
- Since 8.30 a.m. till 12 noon - 50% of the one night room rate.

There are extra charges for confirmed late check-out:
- Since 12 noon till 6p.m. - 50% of the one night room rate;
- Since 6 p.m. - 100% of the one night room rate.

If the room is vacant, check-in can be earlier without extra charges, in accordance with “The rules of rendering of services in Russian Federation”. In other cases, hotel bill is paid according the reservation confirmation.

What documents do You require at check-in?

The documents proving the identity, necessary for the registration account at settling in hotel are:

  • The passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation;
  • The passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation, proving the identity of the citizen of the
  • Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation, for the persons constantly living outside the Russian Federation;
  • Military identification card
  • Driving license and other documents, which are established by Russian Federation Law ID.

Can I check-in in the hotel late evening?

If You plan a late arrival, but Your room reservation is since 12 a.m., please, inform the administrator about it, as the room reservation ends at 9:00 p.m. of the arrival date. Further accommodation will be subject to a public queue upon availability.

My departure time has changed at the last minute. Can I refund of money?

Yes, You can. Please, inform the administrator about changes, fill out an application for a refund of money. After processing Your request, a head manager will make a decision about it.

What is Your check-out time?

Check-out time is at 12 p.m. (Khabarovsk local time).

In case of later check-out, an extra fee will be charged.

How much do I have to pay if I cannot check-out before 12 noon?

There are additional charges for later check-out:

- Since 12:00 noon till 6 p.m. - 50% of the one night room rate, upon availability.
- Since 6 p.m. - 100% of the one night room rate, upon availability.

How do I get accounting documents?

In case of cash payment or credit card payment, we will provide You with the following documents: letterhead bill with the guests’ names, performed services and its total cost, a hotel stamp and a receipt. In case of credit card payment, account statement has attached additionally. We can also provide You with the Act of delivery and acceptance of services.

Other accounting documents may be issued upon the request from the administrator or accounting officer.

In case of cashless transaction, we send the original accounting documents (bill and two acts of delivery and acceptance of services. One act should be returned with Your company stamp and the General Manager signature) via the Russian Post once a week to the address mentioned in Your reservation request. If You would like to receive the documents personally, please provide us with a letter of attorney. Accounting documents will only be given when the service is completed.

How can I receive a commercial invoice?

There is no commercial invoice, because of choosing simplified tax system. We provide You with the Act of delivery and acceptance of services and original invoice, in case of cashless transaction. The originals accounting documents (bill and two acts of delivery and acceptance of services) will be sent via the Russian Post once a week. One original act with Your company stamp and General Manager signature should be returned back. Please, contact the administrator for assistance.

Do you make a foreigners’ registration in the hotel?

Foreigners (even children) are required to be registered in the Department of the Federal Migration Service within 24 hours of their arrival in Khabarovsk City Boutique hotel, irrespective of the duration of their stay. No fee is charged for registration.

Do you provide a visa support?

No, unfortunately, we do not provide a visa support service. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Do children stay for free at the Khabarovsk City Boutique hotel?

Children under age of 12 years stay for free in existing bedding when accompanying an adult. We can provide You with a crib (for children less than 2 years) or extra rollaway bedding for free upon the request.

How many guests can stay in a double/twin room?

Maximum occupancy per double/twin room is 3 guests. The 3rd one is provided by extra rollaway bedding.

Are pets allowed?

Sorry, pets are not allowed. Sorry for inconvenience.

Is there Internet access in the Hotel, if the Guest does not have a laptop?

Our 24-hour Business Center at the first floor of the hotel is equipped with computer with wired Internet connection.

Is there Wi-Fi Internet available in the hotel?

Yes, there is. We offer complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access in all guest rooms and public spaces of the hotel.

How do I phone a Guest from landline phone?

Please, dial +7 (4212) 454-222 and tell the operator what room You would like to speak to. Your call will be transferred there.

Can I buy a city map in the hotel?

Yes, You can buy a city map in English or in Russian at the Reception.

Does Your hotel provide the parking? How much is parking?

For Your convenience, we offer complimentary onsite parking. It is available 24 hours a day without advanced reservation. There is no valet parking. Sorry for the inconvenience.

If early check-in or later check-out are unavailable, can I leave my luggage in the hotel?

Yes, we have a left-luggage office at the first floor of the hotel. If early check-in for Your reservation is unavailable, You can store Your luggage at no charge until Your room is ready. If later check-out is not available, we will be happy to hold Your luggage for You until You are ready to depart.

Where can I keep my valuables? Is there in-room safety-deposit box?

In-room safety-deposit boxes are provided in all rooms. Please, keep Your valuables there. Note, You are responsible for all items left in Your room.

What should I do if I left an item at the hotel?

For lost items, please contact the hotel directly. If You can do so as soon as You realize Your item is missing it is more likely that Your item can be found. The hotel will then advise You on how to get the item returned to You.

How can I arrange special events at the Khabarovsk City Boutique-hotel?

Most special events such as weddings, birthdays and other are held in the Restaurant-bar “Tsveti”, located at the first floor of the hotel. For more information, please contact our manager at +7 4212 799 -577.

Do you organize excursions?

Unfortunately, we do not organize excursions by ourselves. But our stuff may assist You with tour operators’ locations or organize an excursion for Your through them.

How far is Khabarovsk City Boutique hotel from the Khabarovsk downtown?

Khabarovsk City Boutique hotel is located at 64 Istomin Street, the part of Khabarovsk city historic downtown, a few steps away from the main street - Muravyov-Amurskij Street, being in close proximity to most famous sights and attractions of the city, not far from the Amur River

How far is Khabarovsk City Boutique hotel from the airport, railway station, bus station and river station?

Khabarovsk City Boutique hotel is about:
11 km to the airport;
2 km to the railway station;
3 km to the bus station;
1 km to the river station.

Is there shuttle transfer available to/from the airport?

Convenient and affordable transfers to and from airport or other necessary place can be arranged by contacting the Reception at: +7 4212 76767, 454-222 (24 hours) or e-mail us at info@boutique-hotel.ru or by fax +7 4212 767676. Transfer request should contain full arrival details: Guest’s name, date and time of arrival, flight number or train number, contact phones. Upon arrival, You will be greeted by our driver holding a sign with Your name for easy identification. The driver will drive You directly to the hotel. For the return flight You will also have direct service from hotel to airport, saving time. Please, book it in advance of Your visit.

Does the hotel provide comlementary shuttle service?

Unfortunately, this hotel does not provide complementary shutlle service. Alternate transportation:
- Bus service, fee: 16 rub (one way);
- Estimated taxi fare: 600 rub (one way).
